And Here We Are in Time for St Pat's!!!!
The Noon to 3:00pm in MInneapolis gig that I spoke of has been, sadly, cancelled, due to the fact that the Pub in question could not get a permit for ampllified music. Darn! They said they would be happy to have us come on down and just play, but could not commit $$$ so, we have opted for just playing out at Charlie's in Stillwater, 4:00pm to 1:00am in the big ballroom, so there will be plenty of room for everyone!
( which, in my opinion might be a long enough day anyway!!! )
We will also be at Charlie's on Thursday and Friday from 7:30 to 11:30 and rumour has it that John ( Big Sexy ) from the Tim Malloys is going to be there on Thursday, and is bring a posse, including the legendary FItz, who must going silently mad booking all of the bands in all of the Pubs for this Holiday of Holidays weekend!
Come on down if you are about, we would love to see you!
And have a great time where ever you are!
Love and Shamrocks, Lorraine

Thanks for the welcome. Perfect timing indeed!
One day, when I'm doing freelance web work for a whole stable of authors and artists, I'll move to Minneapolis and come to all of your shows. ^_^
I was just sitting here counting money at work and listening to Flash Girls...thinking about the two of you playing at the Goddess Party last year... and the perfect description came to mind
musical maelstrom
that's what you two are!!! a musical maelstrom
you may have inspired me to actually do something good on St. Paddy's Day... maybe I will find a local Irish pub...
here's thinking of you.

Yes, do come and move here and listen to all of our shows! We like this plan!
Musical maelstrom? Well, thanks! We get pretty silly some nights tho, count on it!
Thanks rubius. If nothing else, we do have a lot of fun! Live performance is an amazing spectrum from quite maudlin to being nearly (a-hem) out of control. It’s that variety and the thrill of the unexpected that makes each night unique. I hope I get a chance to see all of you LaMies that I met in Boston again soon.
And to anyone that has owned an instrument that they loved, I finally have mine back! Its new frets are very shiny and I can’t wait to play her this weekend. She has that wonderful fresh sound again where the notes just resonate from the body. Ahhhh….happy Paul.
Shiny! Looking forward to sweet sounds (and maybe Sweet Thing).
And another gig I am going to miss !
I think I'd better NOT count them. Why don't you guys come over somewhere in Europe (suggestion : Norway ?), maybe I could pop over and be there (hey, if I can do it for Neil Gaiman, I reckon I can do it for you too - fair is fair).
