We're Irish Enough For You!

Cut, print, it's a wrap!

Thanks to everyone who came down and made it a wonderful weekend! It was fantastic to see many familiar faces, and to all of you who saw us for the first time, welcome! Okay, okay, so I have a bunch of pictures to post and I've been trying to figure out the best way to do so. I suppose I should begin by introducing the players of the evening. Oh, as a side note, I want to let people know that most of the photos were not taken by me but were taken with my camera and I know how difficult it can be to try to take good pictures with a camera that you are totally unfamiliar with. Still, we ended up with some pretty good shots.

First I would like to introduce you to our beloved Web Goblin, Dan. He ran the online twitter updates and I have no doubt could have interrupted local broadcasts with our show if we had only asked. He is truly a gentleman wrapped in an enigma... or is that the other way around? Sorry Dan, I always get that one messed up.

Secondly, meet Matt, our resident sound technician and recording guru. (Movie opening later this Fall and it will be better than Mr. Myers) He currently holds all of the digital recordings and is likely mixing as we speak (type) so we have nothing but immensely great things to say about him! Seriously, without even hearing the final product I know we would love to work with you again. (Matt, this is where I would insert a plug for you if I had your business contact info) ^_^

Thirdly, I would like you all to meet "and" or "&", a.k.a. Dylan. He's back from some time off and ready to feed the Irish in his soul again. It was wonderful to have him sit in with us and you shouldn't be surprised if you see him pop back in from time to time. I will attempt to inform people here when I am aware of a potential "&" sighting. He is a kindred spirit indeed!

Finally, I would like you all to meet you! I will attempt to continue to post audience shots from time to time, so you will all likely make it here sooner or later.
Heck, if you want to guarantee yourself some blog space, just do something unique and interesting for the camera! That usually works. And if you have one of your business cards, take your own photo with the card in the shot and send it in! If I get a few I'll start a dedicated fan/friends of Paul and Lorraine picture wall.

There is so much more to say, but I'll leave you with two final pictures. The first is a decent shot of Lorraine, Dylan, and I. The second is one I took Saturday night capturing the Stillwater bridge and brilliant moon.

Please feel free to leave any comments and updates will follow soon.

-Dr. Score

Hurrah for pictures, Dr Paul!!!!

It was truly great weekend, and THANK YOU all of you for coming down! You, as always, make the show.

Oooo nice moon!
Thanks for the new post, Paul.
I am glad you guys had such a great time of it all.
Too bad you did not have crazy dancing guy (although if there was no video recording... Pictures don't do him justice).

What great shows they were. I can't wait to hear the finished mix. I have to come out for St. Patrick's Day next year (and bring the whole family).

Hello!

I like the photo of the moon over the bridge too--in fact, the last time I went down to Charlie's, the moon was there, in that same phase, hanging over the bridge just like that. Of course, it was Winter then, so she looked much frostier! And I thought the crowd shots were lovely. What a nice looking group!

But I too must ring in with my vote for the photos on the splash page being my favorite. My compliments to the photographer for those. There is a Joyous Energy in those shots that she captured quite well. One of my favorite photos of the both of you. Cheers, Madame Photographer!

Sorry I missed the shows...would've liked to meet Danguy, and to see Matt again. (He appeared at our wedding reception you know...there was a beautiful moon that night too...hmmm, I wonder if these incidents are connected???? Matt, are you in cahoots with the moon?)

Taking no chances for the show this weekend...the sitter is already booked. Hives or no hives, I will be there!

And oh, for the record. Dylan NEVER drinks like that at home--Dr. Score, what a profoundly wicked influence you are! (I know Quicha wasn't involved in those shenanigans!)

Dr Score learned bad habits from Big Johnny, I am thinking. Dylan is lost, hee-hee...

Listening to tapes this week, very interesting...
